The leadership of Olympic EFC is composed of an Elder Board, the Pastor(s) and a ten-member Council of Ministers.

 

The Council of Ministers consists of:

  • Minister of Administration *
  • Minister of Worship & Music
  • Minister of Adult Groups
  • Minister of Caring
  • Minister of Christian Education
  • Minister of Evangelism & Missions
  • Minister of Finance & Budget
  • Minister of Facility and Property
  • Minister of Personnel
  • Chairman of the Elder Board*


Those minister positions indicated with an asterisk(*) are also Elders and must be filled by men. The other positions may be either men or women. Other committees and boards are formed as necessary and may be either members or attenders.

The Elders and Pastor(s) provide spiritual leadership / oversight of the church. The Council gives direction for the performance of all approved ministries. The functioning and authority of the Council is under the oversight and spiritual leadership of the Elders. We function with a congregational form of government.
